How to find Original or Duplicate/fake Phone?

How to find Original or Duplicate/fake Phone?

Hello, Find duplicate phone Counterfeit products are a huge business, generating almost $700 billion in sales a year world wide. Besides being unreliable compared to their authentic counterparts, counterfeits can also be dangerous. Sometimes knock offs are a great bargain; who doesn’t love getting a flashy Rolex look-alike for $20? But when it comes to technology, especially the mobile phones people rely on for work and family functions, a knock off is no bargain, and only the real thing will do.

With this, most phone manufacturers take advantage by creating the counterfeit of popular devices. And these companies are doing well in the art of manipulating consumers into buying their knock-off phones at very low prices.

So you want to buy a phone, but you do not know the difference between fake and original? Or perhaps you have succeeded in buying one, but you are beginning to doubt its authenticity?

If any of these two scenarios are likened to what you are experiencing, then I urge to still yourself; for in a moment, your doubt will be cleared.

Most of the cloned phones available today are built so cheaply that their materials and craftsmanship reflect the amount of money invested in them. When compared to the original, these fake devices can be spotted easily by checking the following physical features. Note that if you are not familiar with the genuine item’s physical appearance, you may need to borrow one from a friend and put the two devices side by side.

1. Check you IMEI number and search internet.

Every mobile phone will have an unique IMEI number associated with it. Usually fake mobile phones don’t have an IMEI or use a duplicate one.
IMEI number will be a 15 digit serial number. If you own the phone, you can dial *#06# and your device’s IMEI number will be displayed.
If you are going to buy a new phone either the bill sticker should have the IMEI printed on it or somewhere around the box or under the battery of the mobile phone.

You can check the validity of the IMEI number you find using this tool.

And other things to check will be specific to the mobile devices.

2. Check your manufacturer’s logo or battery compartments

1. Every mobile will have it’s manufacturer’s logo displayed during the boot time and nothing else. Almost all mobile company will have their logo displayed.

2. You can look for the color of the mobile phone. Check whether the color you are buying is available with the manufacturer. If not then it’s a fake.

3. Open the back cover and check for the battery and the internal parts of the phone. The battery will have the brand name and the phone’s body will also have it and the IMEI too.

3. Take Some Pictures and Video

Today’s current generation smartphones can take photo bursts, pictures within video, and multiple shots in quick succession. If your phone doesn’t take pictures rapidly, responds slowly to the photo button, or isn’t able to take pictures within video, chances are good you’ve got a fake.

4. Run AnTuTu Benchmark & Compare Scores with real Phone

AnTuTu Benchmark is a benchmarking tool for Android smartphones and tablets, that lets you check the performance of your device. Also, it is very useful if you are thinking of downloading games with high performance graphics.

The AnTuTu Benchmark tests are divided into three phases. In the first, the application will check the performance of the RAM on your device, through a series of continuous data streams that will test the endurance of your device.

In the second phase, AnTuTu Benchmark will simply verify how your Android terminal handles two-dimensional graphics. What it will do, is fill your screen with pixelated figures and see how the device endures.

In the third, and last phase, which is the most tough, AnTuTu Benchmark will check the endurance of your device with 3D graphics. For this, like a benchmark for a PC, you will see a 3D sequence.

AnTuTu Benchmark is a very useful tool to check the performance of your device, and will allow you to know if you can move a game or something else to your device.

5. Check Mobile Sensors (AnTuTu Benchmark)

Run AnTuTu Benchmark & Check sensors, because Some of the sensors are not available on n fake devices.

6. Check display Quality & Brightness

The latest, high-end Samsung mobile phones or iPhone have a high-quality, scratch-resistant glass screen that feels substantial when you touch it. The glass screen runs nearly to the vertical edges of the device. Many fake smartphones have several millimeters of border between the edge of the screen and the side of the device. This is a huge red flag that your phone may be a fake.

Cloned phones have a wide gap from the edge of the screen to the edge of the phone.

Run your fingers through the screen. If it feels like plastic more than glass, then the phone is bogus.

7. Buy from a reputable seller

If buying new, buy from a reputable seller.

If buying used, meet at a carrier store and activate the device before completing the purchase.
